Really good stay in every aspect

The breakfast offered a huge range of fresh options, including daily smoothies. The pool area includes a great view and ice water. I found the central location excellent for exploring the city. The staff were helpful and efficient.
The hotel restaurant was a bit disappointing. The service was not up to par and seemed expensive. I expected a better dining experience considering the overall quality of the hotel.

My room was very spacious and luxurious, offering enough space for two people to open luggage. The bathroom was functional. Two people could use it at the same time. Light switches were marked clearly.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main train and metro station. It's located on flowers street. The hotel provides easy access to many sites and restaurants. The location is really amazing.
I found the staff attentive. The Premium Twin Room Balcony Cathedral View was spacious. I liked the touch screen lighting. Fresh water was available daily. Individual robes and slippers were provided. I got the offer of a turndown service. I appreciated every detail! The gym had everything I needed and I took advantage of the lovely indoor pool and amazing spa. I must also say that the location could not be more central. The attractions were all easy to reach. I recommend Cantina 32 nearby. I had a quiet room! I will book again, for sure.

the wi-fi signal wasn't strong at times. it was a minor issue.
