The suite featured elegant decor and offered modern conveniences. Balconies offered views of the cathedral (a true highlight). Breakfast included a delicious selection of high-quality foods and local sparkling wine.

The hotel requires taking two elevators to reach the room. This involved moving to a second building. This setup added extra time when going from the room to the entrance (it was inconvenient).

mixed feelings about the stay

awkward layout steep walk

the service was acceptable.

The layout was just... weird. you had to take two different elevators just to get to the room, one to another building, then another up to the floor. Add ten minutes to any trip. also, getting to the hotel with luggage was a struggle due to no car access, with a steep walk.

Really good stay in every aspect

smoothies range central location

The breakfast offered a huge range of fresh options, including daily smoothies. The pool area includes a great view and ice water. I found the central location excellent for exploring the city. The staff were helpful and efficient.

The hotel restaurant was a bit disappointing. The service was not up to par and seemed expensive. I expected a better dining experience considering the overall quality of the hotel.

My room was very spacious and luxurious, offering enough space for two people to open luggage. The bathroom was functional. Two people could use it at the same time. Light switches were marked clearly.

The gym has various equipment including treadmills and stationary bikes. The indoor pool is heated and offers a relaxing environment after a day of exploring. A beautiful outdoor pool is available, though i did not use it.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main train and metro station. It's located on flowers street. The hotel provides easy access to many sites and restaurants. The location is really amazing.

Really good Stay!

attentive staff spacious room central location gym availability

I found the staff attentive. The Premium Twin Room Balcony Cathedral View was spacious. I liked the touch screen lighting. Fresh water was available daily. Individual robes and slippers were provided. I got the offer of a turndown service. I appreciated every detail! The gym had everything I needed and I took advantage of the lovely indoor pool and amazing spa. I must also say that the location could not be more central. The attractions were all easy to reach. I recommend Cantina 32 nearby. I had a quiet room! I will book again, for sure.

I have nothing significant to fault. The elevators did require a small transfer to get to the room, but it was a minor inconvenience.

i had a premium twin room balcony cathedral view. breakfast included a delicious choice of high quality cuisines! mouthwatering pastries were available. the service was excellent! staff were courteous and helpful.

the wi-fi signal wasn't strong at times. it was a minor issue.
